Assistant Professor of Finance

Job Description & Qualification

The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Finance starting in mid-August 2022, subject to budgetary approval.

Candidates must have an earned PhD degree by the start of the appointment (mid-August 2022) and demonstrate the ability to conduct high quality research as evidenced by publication in top-tier journals and sound teaching credentials. The teaching component (2 + 2) requires delivering required/elective courses in Finance at the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral levels. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the intellectual environment of the area.
