About the opportunity

Griffith Law School is currently looking for a Lecturer to undertake a teaching and service intensive role responsible for teaching Canadian Law courses and providing pastoral care and support to our Canadian Law students.

This is a three year fixed term full time position based at the Gold Coast campus and it is expected that the successful candidate will be available to attend campus in person as a normal requirement of the role. Further, you may be required to work on either a temporary or an indefinite basis at any premises, which the University currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services.

About you
To be successful within this role, you will be able to teach all or some of our Canadian Law courses: Foundations of Canadian Law, Canadian Criminal Law, Canadian Administrative Law, Canadian Constitutional Law and Canadian Legal Professional Responsibility. You will foster an outstanding student experience and encourage active participation and engagement in learning and teaching across the spectrum of the University's undergraduate, and postgraduate program suite facilitating high quality, student-centred learning activities.

Salary range
Base Salary $98,174 - $116,584 per annum. Salary package includes 17% employer superannuation $114,863 - $136,404 per annum.
